085/18 – Uuni Biscoff Donut:
It’s been a while since I did sweet pizzas and I had some dough left over. Didn’t fancy Nutella again, what else did we have? Biscoff spread (or liquid crack!) – Uuni Biscoff Donut time!
The dough was the same as from the previous cook:
Sliced Apples were dipped in cinnamon then sauteed in butter and flambeed in Liquer de Genepi (picked up on a Ski Trip years ago!).
The dough was stretched out long and thin, topped with Biscoff spread and topped with the apples.
The long edge was folded over onto itself and the ends were pulled together into a ring and pinched together. Cooked like a pizza and ready in less than 60 seconds.
Glorious!
Summary:
Oh my goodness! When you make pizza on the Uuni, save some dough to make this – it was so good! The Biscoff spread really is liquid crack, so addictive! Next time I will add some Biscoff biscuits, either inside or maybe crumbled and stuck to the top.
